• Piscataway Senior Housing [Sterling Village] at 1 Sterling Drive is “A SENIOR RESIDENCE” with 150 units of independent housing facility for income eligible applicants who are 62 years of age and older.
• Information on current income limits (as defined in guidelines established by COAH) and rents (rents include all utilities and garbage.  Extra fees include air conditioner surcharge, cable television and telephone) can obtained by calling 732-699-0033.

• Building Tours are offered Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM by appointment.
