Meet the Sterling Village [Senior Housing] Staff Team

Joe Fonseca has been the Sterling Village Building Superintendent for the past 18 years. Because of Joe’s hard work, dedication and all around caring nature Sterling Village is a well oiled machine. We are all proud of Joe and are grateful to have such a wonderful superintendent. Joe lives at Sterling Village with his wife, Rosa. |

Rosa Fonseca has been the Sterling Village Housekeeper for the past 18 years. Because of her constant attention and fantastic work ethic, Sterling Village is not only always clean but it shines. Rosa always has a smile for everyone, a contagious laugh and a warm and loving personality |

Rigo Porras is our Sterling Village Assistant Superintendent. Rigo joined us 6 months ago and immediately became a part of the Sterling Village family. He fluctuates between making repairs to the building and keeping our building spotless. He is always willing to lend a hand and does so happily. |
| Steven Majewski is our on-site Social Services Coordinator and is the Director of the COPSA program at UMDNJ. Steven can be found in his Sterling Village office on Thursdays and is available through out the week by phone. He is always willing to make a special trip to our building if one of our tenants needs his services. Steven is a very caring and compassionate man and brightens everyone’s day at Sterling Village. |

The Sterling Village Receptionists are very important in our day to day functions. Our receptionists are also tenants of Sterling Village. Some of them have been with us since the construction of the building 21 years ago. |
